ABOUT CAEDON

Caedon Venné is a Pittsburgh-based performing artist, writer, and educator, dedicated to the art of storytelling in all its forms. As a graduate of Pennsylvania Western University with degrees in both Education and Mathematics, Caedon brings a unique precision to his creative work, blending structure with performativity.

While education is his profession, theatre is his pulse. Caedon is expanding his footprint in the regional theatre scene, furthering his theatrical education, and seeking behind-the-scenes experience; his ambition is to be fully immersed in every facet of theatre. Caedon doesn’t like limits (math pun), so limiting his prospects to only theatre is restrictive. Let’s call it creativity.

Caedon adores the act of creating, whether that be with written word, musical compositions, D&D campaigns, or live theatre. Some of Caedon’s recent creative projects include: the release of his debut theatrical publication, ‘A Temporary Matter,’ Assistant Editing Brent Winzek’s novel, ‘Space Cadets and the Legend of the Goliathon,’ and an ongoing compositional project to write an epic fantasy/sci-fi score with Space Cadets Studios, for whom he also acts as Social Media Manager.

So… quite a lot going on! Caedon is best defined by his relentless drive to create. He is a busybody in the best ways, continually seeking the next spark of inspiration. Currently, Caedon’s next project is preparing to move to Charleston, South Carolina, to spend a year performing professionally and teaching theatre with Charleston Stage in their 49th season! See you in Charleston!
